브라체는 해방촌의 자유로운 문화와 사람들의 활발한 교류에서 영감을 받아, 이를 공간 경험으로 확장한 우드파이어 바 앤 그릴입니다.

우드파이어 그릴을 공간의 중심에 배치하고, 오픈 키친과 바 테이블을 통해 조리 과정 자체가 하나의 브랜드 경험이 되도록 설계했습니다.

불과 연기, 음식과 와인, 그리고 사람들의 교류가 자연스럽게 이어지는 공간을 통해 브라체만의 바 앤 그릴 문화를 완성했습니다

제한된 공간 안에서도 효율적인 동선과 개방감을 확보하기 위해 공기 순환 시스템과 실링팬을 계획했습니다. 

또한 부식 거울과 선반 시스템을 활용해 공간의 깊이감과 확장성을 더하며 브라체만의 분위기를 완성했습니다.

BRACE is a woodfire bar & grill inspired by the vibrant culture and social energy of Haebangchon.

Centered around the woodfire grill, the space was designed with an open kitchen and bar seating concept, transforming the cooking process integral part of the brand experience. 

Fire, smoke, food, wine, and human interaction come together to define the unique culture of BRACE.

To maximize openness and efficiency within a compact footprint, a dedicated air circulation strategy and ceiling fan system were incorporated. 

Corroded mirrors and shelving elements create a greater sense of depth and openness while reinforcing the character of the brand.
