수천 개의 작은 조각들이 모여 하나의 작품을 완성하듯,‘Piccoli Pezzi (Tessere)’는 이탈리아 모자이크 아트에서 영감을 받아 전개된 포스터 프로젝트입니다.

고대 로마 시대부터 이어져 온 모자이크 예술은 작은 조각(테셀라)을 정교하게 이어 붙여화려한 이미지와 패턴을 완성하는 예술 방식으로 발전해왔습니다.

특히 이탈리아 라벤나(Ravenna)는 세계적인 모자이크 도시로 알려져 있으며,성당과 궁전 곳곳에 섬세하고 장엄한 작품들이 남아 있습니다.

‘작은 조각이 모여 영원을 만든다’는 모자이크의 정신을 바탕으로,이번 작업은 르네상스적 미학과 장인정신, 그리고 시간의 축적이 만들어내는 아름다움을현대적인 그래픽 언어로 재해석하였습니다.

Piccoli Pezzi (Tessere) is a poster project inspired by the timeless beauty of Italian mosaic art.

Originating from ancient Roman culture, mosaic art is created by assembling countless small tesserae to form intricate images and decorative patterns.

The city of Ravenna, Italy, is especially renowned for its magnificent mosaics preserved in cathedrals and historic architecture.

Inspired by the idea that “small fragments create eternity,”this project reinterprets RePiccoli naissance aesthetics, craftsmanship, and the beauty of accumulated 

time through a contemporary visual language.
